SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- All seed orders will ship USPS Priority Express (guaranteed 2 day, depending on location) for a flat rate of $10
- All snip orders will ship UPS Overnight Air (guaranteed next day, depending on location) for a flat rate of $50
You will receive a USPS / UPS tracking number via email from us when the shipping label is printed, typically within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that shipping estimates are based on when the package is received by USPS/ UPS, not when the order is placed. UPS Overnight Air orders typically are only shipped mon-thurs due to deadlines and to prevent weekend holds, so UPS Overnight orders may have a slight delay in shipping, but will typically arrive within 24 hours once received by UPS.
DELIVERY INSURANCE:
We offer FREE Delivery insurance! For the first replacement you will not pay shipping or for replacements! If we have to replace more then once we ask you cover shipping only. This offers you the peace of mind that if your package gets damaged or lost in transit, we will replace it at NO cost to you. Please be aware that the shipping times offered by UPS and USPS are estimates only. The only guaranteed shipping option UPS Overnight Air. During the holiday season, it can be expected that packages will be delayed. USPS and UPS often posts these delays on their website and we will always try to be as transparent and informative as possible about this when we see it.
We ask that you give at least 14 business days for your package to arrive to you before reaching out for a replacement on all seed orders.
If we do send you a replacement package, we expect that you will ship back the original package if and when it arrives. We will send you a prepaid label to do so.
If the USPS/ UPS tracking website indicates that the package was delivered, we have to assume it was. We will not replace packages that say they were delivered unless USPS/ UPS confirms it was not. If this happens to you, USPS / UPS can and will help. Before contacting us, please contact your local USPS / UPS and they will geolocate the package and provide you with documentation stating that the package was misplaced, lost, delivered to the wrong address, etc. This paperwork is a requirement to obtain replacement seeds on a package that says Delivered in the tracking system.
We ask that customers submit a Delivery Insurance claim within 60 days of expected delivery. USPS recycles tracking numbers periodically, so it is important to contact us while the tracking history is still available so we can work on a solution for you.
